Man burned during protest outside Donald Trump's hotel in D.C.

A man was transported to a hospital on Tuesday night after suffering burns while setting a fire outside the Trump International Hotel,
authorities said.

 It was unclear whether the man was trying to set himself on fire, or what his motivation was, although some Twitter users said the man was trying to harm himself.
