Five year-old cancer sufferer Bradley Lowery takes pictures with Chelsea players

 Bradley Lowery is a five year-old Sunderland fan who is fighting a rare form of cancer for the second time.
The youngstar honoured an invitation from the
North East club to be their mascot on Wednesday night.
And fans of both sides joined together to sing “there’s only one Bradley Lowery" at the five-minute mark.
