The 30 year-old who has won nine Olympic Gold medals in his career, swapped the race track for the red carpet at the Odeon in Leicester Square.
The documentary tells the story of the Jamaican sprint star, following him during gruelling training to competing as well as relaxing at home.
“Most people’s concept of me is that ‘Oh Usain, it’s easy for Usain, there’s no stress’ ... but it’s not,” Usain said yesterday at a press conference.
“I wanted to make people see what I went through to get to where I’m at today.”
The 30-year-old has said he plans to retire from the sport after the August world championships in London. He told reporters he wanted to do more charity work afterwards.
