See who Adele transformed herself into as she celebrates her 29th birthday

Superstar Adele turned one year older yesterday and she surprised everyone by transforming herself into a much older
woman. Adele, who is now 29, shared four snaps of herself as Catherine Tate's sketch show character Gran.

  In the photos she's sporting a head of frizzy grey and orange hair and has noticeable wrinkles. Finishing off the look, she's wearing a knitted pink cardigan and sporting specs. She wrote: "Nearly 30! Thanks for the well wishes. See you soon x."
